How do I invite my team?如何邀請團隊成員？
Open the space, go to its members screen and share the invite code. Teammates enter the code after signing in; depending on your settings, an owner or admin may need to approve the join request.
進入空間的成員頁面並分享邀請碼。成員登入後輸入邀請碼即可申請加入；依空間設定，可能需要擁有者或管理員核准。
I’m not getting notifications.收不到通知怎麼辦？
Check iOS Settings › Notifications › Work Assistants and make sure notifications are allowed, then check the notification switches inside the App (reminders for tasks due today and shifts starting soon can be toggled individually). Focus modes can also silence alerts.
請先到 iOS 設定 › 通知 › Work Assistants 確認已允許通知，再檢查 App 內的通知開關（今日截止與上班前提醒可個別開關）。「專注模式」也可能使通知靜音。
How do shift swaps and leave work?換班與請假如何運作？
From the schedule, request a swap with a teammate or submit a leave request. Depending on the space’s approval mode, the teammate and/or an admin approves it, and the schedule updates automatically.
在班表中可向同事提出換班，或送出請假申請。依空間的審核模式，由對方及／或管理員核准後，班表會自動更新。
Can I see my shifts in Apple Calendar?可以在 Apple 行事曆查看班表嗎？
Yes. Use the export option in the schedule to write your shifts to a calendar you choose. Export is one-way — the App never reads your other calendar events.

What does Work Assistants Pro include?Work Assistants Pro 包含什麼？
Free lets you own 1 space with up to 5 members. Pro lets you own up to 20 spaces with up to 25 members each. Member limits follow the space owner’s plan. Prices are shown in the App.

How do I restore my purchase?如何恢復購買？
Sign in to the same Apple ID used for the purchase, then open Me › Plan & quotas › Restore purchases.

How do I cancel my subscription?如何取消訂閱？
Subscriptions are managed by Apple. On iPhone or iPad open Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions › Work Assistants › Cancel Subscription, or visit apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid renewal.

How do I get a refund?如何申請退款？
Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Delete your account刪除帳號
You can permanently delete your Work Assistants account and its data directly in the App:
- Open Work Assistants and tap the Me tab.
- Tap Account details.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Read the warning, type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete permanently.
What gets deleted: your login, profile, push tokens, subscription entitlement record, space memberships, your comments, and any spaces where you are the only member. Tasks you created in shared spaces are re-assigned to another member so your team keeps its work. This cannot be undone.
Own a space with other members? Transfer ownership to someone else or delete that space first, then try again.
Subscriptions: deleting your account does not cancel an App Store subscription — cancel it in your Apple ID settings.
Can’t access the App? Email hello@onyxlab.dev from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
你可以直接在 App 內永久刪除 Work Assistants 帳號及其資料：
- 開啟 Work Assistants，點選底部 我的 分頁。
- 點選 帳號資訊。
- 捲到最下方，點選 刪除帳號。
- 閱讀警告後，輸入 刪除帳號 確認，再點 永久刪除。
會刪除的資料：你的登入資料、個人資料、推播權杖、訂閱權益紀錄、空間成員資格、你的留言，以及只有你一位成員的空間。你在共用空間中建立的任務會轉交給其他成員，讓團隊工作得以延續。此操作無法復原。
你是仍有其他成員之空間的擁有者？請先將擁有者轉讓給他人或刪除該空間，再重試。
訂閱：刪除帳號不會取消 App Store 訂閱——請在 Apple ID 設定中取消。
無法登入 App？請以帳號綁定的電子郵件寄信至 hello@onyxlab.dev，主旨註明「刪除帳號申請」。我們會核實身分，並在 30 天內完成刪除。
